James Harper Bill

James Harper was born in 1859 in Dudley. James Harper's father was James Harper Bill and his mother was Susannah Poole. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Bill and Lucy Harper; his maternal grandparents were John Poole and Hannah. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Walter, John Poole, Charles M, Matilda, Emma, Mary Ann and Lucy. He was the fifth oldest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers named Benjamin and William. He died at the age of 79 on May 9th, 1938 in Dudley.
