Thomas Appleby

Thomas was born in 1854 in Hurworth, Durham. Thomas' father was William Appleby and his mother was Mary Howe. His paternal grandparents were James Appleby and Ann Bell. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, James, Wm, Thompson, George, Robert, Ann, Ellen and Elizabeth. He was the eighth oldest of the ten children.
