Mary Thornton

Mary was born in 1826 in Sedbridge, Yorkshire, England.¹ Mary's father was Joseph Thornton and her mother was Agnes (Thornton). She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, James, Richard, Betty, Jane and Agnes. She was the third oldest of the seven children.
