Lister Thornton

Lister was born in 1878 in Keighley, Yorkshire, England.¹ Lister's father was Benjamin Thornton and his mother was Sarah Hannah Lister. His paternal grandparents were William Thornton and Mary (Thornton). He had a brother and two sisters, named Herbert, Fanny and Lillian. He was the oldest of the four children.
