Ada Thornton

Ada was born in June 1883 in Keighley, Yorkshire, England. Ada's father was Jonathan Thornton and her mother was Martha Bower. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Thornton and Mary Ann Fortune; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Bower and Isabella Baxter. She had a brother and two sisters, named Albert, Mary Ann and Clara. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 32 in September 1915 in Keighley, Yorkshire, England.¹
