Richard Newhouse

Richard was born in 1849 in Aughton, Lancashire, England.¹ Richard's father was John Newhouse and his mother was Betsey (Newhouse). His paternal grandparents were Edward Newhouse and Ellen (Newhouse). He had six brothers and five sisters, named Edward, Henry, James, Thomas, William, John, Eleanor, Mary, Jane, Grace and Ann. He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.
