Joan was born on July 5th, 1321.  Joan's father was King Edward The 2. (Edward of Carnarvon) of House Plantagenet and her mother was Queen Isabella (She-Wolf of France) of House Capet.  Her paternal grandparents were King Edward The 1. (Hammer of Scots, Edward Longshanks) of House Plantagenet and Queen Consort Eleanor Castilian of House Ivrea; her maternal grandparents were King Philip The 4. (Philip The Fair, The Iron King) of House Capet and Queen Regent Joan The 1. of House Blois. She had a brother named Edward The 3..  She was the younger of the two children.  She died at the age of 41 on September 7th, 1362.
