Rivka was born in 1926. Rivka's father was Yehuda Ziffer and her mother was Rachel ?. Her paternal grandparents were Yaakov Zvi Ziffer and Henna Yenta Graup. She was the youngest of six children. She had four brothers and a sister, named Yona, Michael, Zvi, Moshe and Ester. She died, at the age of 16, in 1942 due to murder / assassination.
