Moshe was born in 1915. Moshe's father was Yehuda Ziffer and his mother was Rachel ?. His paternal grandparents were Yaakov Zvi Ziffer and Henna Yenta Graup. He was the fifth of six children. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Yona, Michael, Zvi, Ester and Rivka. He died, at the age of 27, in 1942 due to murder / assassination.
