Ester was born in 1913. Ester's father was Yehuda Ziffer and her mother was Rachel ?. Her paternal grandparents were Yaakov Zvi Ziffer and Henna Yenta Graup. She was the fourth of six children. She had four brothers and a sister, named Yona, Michael, Zvi, Moshe and Rivka. She died, at the age of 29, in 1942 due to murder / assassination.
