Samuel Virgin

Samuel was born on January 19th, 1752 in Daventry, parish.¹ Samuel's father was John Virgin and his mother was Ann Nixon (Virgin). His paternal grandparents were Robert Virgin and Elizabeth Basset (Virgin); his maternal grandparents were William Nixon and Mary Pettit (Nixon). He had three brothers and four sisters, named William, John, Joseph, Mary, Alice, Anne and Elizabeth. He was the seventh oldest of the eight children.
