Mary Virgin

Mary was born on November 25th, 1739 in Marston, Moreteyne/ Moretaine, Bedfordshire, England. Mary's father was John Virgin and her mother was Ann Nixon (Virgin). Her paternal grandparents were Robert Virgin and Elizabeth Basset (Virgin); her maternal grandparents were William Nixon and Mary Pettit (Nixon). She had four brothers and three sisters, named William, John, Joseph, Samuel, Alice, Anne and Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the eight children.
