Biddie was born in 1873.  Biddie's father was Willie (Blutcher) and her mother was Maria.  Her paternal grandparents are Patsy and Miss Byrne.  She had six brothers and five sisters, named Luke, Peter, Edward, Patrick, Ben, William, Bridget, Margaret, Catherine, Jessie? Tessie? and Dorothea.  She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children.
