¹ Azuba's father was Mr Stephen Bishop and her mother was Mrs Waitstill Green. Her paternal grandparents were Mr Stephen Bishop and Mrs Mercy Pierson; her maternal grandparents were Mr Joseph Green and Mrs Elizabeth. She had two brothers and a sister, named Stephen, Joseph and Elizabeth.
