Franklin P. Sweat

Franklin P. was born on September 14th, 1851 in Bethel, Oxford, Maine. Franklin P.'s father was Moses Sweat and his mother was Fanny Sweat. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Sweat and Mary (Molly) Sweat; his maternal grandparents were John Cummings and Martha Cummings. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin, John C., Moses F., Daniel C., William Henry, Mary, Martha C., Sarah and Fanny. He was the seventh oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 2 on October 12th, 1853. He was buried in Abbott Mills Cemetery, Abbott Mills Cemetery, Rumford, Maine.
