Thomas was born on November 3rd, 1668 in Malden, Middlesex, Massachusetts.1   Thomas' father was Thomas Skinner and his mother was Mary Skinner.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Skinner and Mary Skinner; his maternal grandparents are Richard Pratt and Mary. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Abraham, John, Ebenezer, Nathaniel, Richard, Joseph, Benjamin, Mary, Hannah and Abigail.  He died in Norton, Bristol, Massachusetts.1
