Ellen Harkness

Ellen was born in 1855. Ellen's father was Douglas Caven Milligan and her mother was Katherine Milligan. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Milligan and Margaret Milligan; her maternal grandfather is John MacDougall and her maternal grandmother was Ann MacDougall. She had a sister named Adelia. She was the younger of the two children. She died at the age of 96 in 1951 in Summerside, PEI.
