Joseph Szwarc

Joseph was born in 1909 in Serock, Pultusk, Warszaw, Poland.¹ Joseph's father was Itzsho Szwarc and his mother was Zlate Pieniek. His paternal grandparents are Aaron Szwarc and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Meyer Moishe Pieniek and Miriam Reizel Berkerowicz. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Hershl, Nachman, Chaya Rachel (Chaytsho), Chava (Chavo), Tauba, Tsiril, Peia and Lea. He died in the Holocaust at the age of 34 in 1943 in Warszawa, Poland.¹
