Fayga was born on October 13th, 1855 in Golub-Dobrzyn, Poland.1   Fayga's father was Ber Pieniek and her mother was Reichla Kraianek.  Her paternal grandparents were Tobiasz Pieniek and Ester Bezbrody. She had a brother and a sister, named Tobiasz and Hawa.  She was the second oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 2 on May 12th, 1858 in Golub-Dobrzyn, Poland.1
