Jacob (Jake) was born about 1810 in Tn? Roane co?.1   Jacob (Jake)'s father was William  Ennis Sr. and his mother was <Unknown>. He had a brother named William.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died about April 1847 in Griffen twn (Pope co Ar).2

Jacob (Jake) and Stellice (Stilla) were married in a religious ceremony in 1829 in Tn? Date and place unknown at this time.  They had four sons and five daughters, named William H., John N., Jacob M., Lewis M., Daughter, Elizabeth Catherine (Eliza), Sarah "Ann", Eliza M and Olivia P.
