Andrew was born on January 4th, 1699 in Stone, Staffordshire, England.  Andrew's father was John BOX and his mother was Jane DOD.  His paternal grandparents were John BOX and Edith (UNKNOWN).  He had three brothers and a sister, named Matthew, Thomas, George and Elizabeth.  He was the fourth oldest of the five children.
