Martinus-Joseph and Jeanne-Catharina were married on May 21st, 1793. They had four sons and a daughter, named Ferdinand, Jean-Baptiste, Pieter Joannes, Joannes-Francies and Francisca.

Male Pieter Joannes BAECKELANDT
Pieter Joannes was born on January 27th, 1800.  He died at the age of 48 on April 11th, 1848.

Male Jean-Baptiste BAECKELANDT
Jean-Baptiste was born on December 2nd, 1803.  He died at the age of 84 on August 17th, 1888.

Male Ferdinand BAECKELANDT
Ferdinand was born on January 8th, 1806.  He died at the age of 5 on April 9th, 1811.
