    parents were almost certainly William B. GIBSON and Sarah LNU (see below), William lived in Barr Twp in 1840 and whose h/hold was the only GIBSON (soundex used) in Daviess, IN in that year to have a female Marietta's age; the eldest woman in his h/hold was b. est. 1780-1790.  William does not appear in Daviess in 1850, but Sarah GIBSON 60 KY (est b 1790) appears with George GIBSON 18 IN (est b 1832) in Barr, Daviess; no other h/hold members, thus Sarah is likely a widow.  In 1840 in Wm. B.'s h/hold, there is a son b. est. 1830-1835 (George's age).
    
    Evansville diocese, Judy Neff:  BENEDICT  JOSEPH WADE (I believe that Benedict Wade died 13 April 1909 at the age of 89 and is buried at St. Michael Cemetery. I believe that his wife Mary died 1 February 1901 at the age of 74 and is also buried at St. Michael.)
    William Wade, son of Benedict Wade and Mary Gibson, was baptized 2 July 1848 at St. Mary, Barr Township.  I found the marriage record for Benedict Joseph Wade and Mary Gibson at St. Peter. They were married July 16, 1844.

GIBSON, 00010-00100-00, thus one male age 26-45 (est b yr 1765-1784) and one female age 16-26 (est b yr 1784-1796).  Records listed alphabetically, no other GIBSON is contiguous or indexed in county.  There are three GOUGH families in Washington Cty, KY in 1810:  Charles 11301-10101-00, thus eldest male and female both over age 45 (est b yr < 1765), Jeremiah 00010-00010-01, thus sole male and female both age 26-45 (est b yr 1765-1784), and John B. 00001-02201-00, thus sole male and eldest female both over age 45 (est b yr < 1765).  Charles and Jeremiah are enumerated next to one another on Roll: 8, Page: 318; John B. is on Roll 8, Page 319, three entries down from William B.
