Maggie's father was John Wilson and her mother was Jessie Mcwilliam.  Her paternal grandparents were John Wilson and Margaret Rennie. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John, James, Alexander, William, George, Ann and Jessie.  She was the third oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 79 on August 13th, 1952 in Glasgow.
