Hugh Webster 
Hugh was born in 1851 in Uphall.1 Hugh's father was Thomas Webster and his mother was Elizabeth Livingstone. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Webster and Margaret Baxter. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, David, James, James, George, Margaret, Margaret, Fanny and Agnes. He was the third oldest of the ten children.-
