James Baxter 
James was born in 1863 in Surrey.1 2 James' father was Ronald Baxter and his mother was Isabella. His paternal grandparents were Robert Baxter and Barbara Miller. He had a brother and four sisters, named John, Henrietta, Mary Ann, Jennett and Isabel. He was the second youngest of the six children.-
