Robert Baxter

Robert was born on August 24th, 1800 in Mid Calder.

Robert's father was Ronald Baxter and his mother was Isabella Erskine. His paternal grandparents were Douglas Baxter and Margaret Hamilton; his maternal grandparents were John Erskine and Betty Ogstone. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Andrew, Ronald, Ronald, John, Isabella, Elisabeth, Elisabeth, Margaret, Henrietta and Janet. He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 39 on July 25th, 1840 in Lanarkshire.
