Arthur DECKARD 
Arthur was born on May 18th, 1882 in Elizabethtown, Hardin Co., Kentucky.1 Arthur's father was George Washington DECKARD and his mother was Catherine HARGAN. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin HARGAN and Mary Catherine ARNOLD. He had a brother and four sisters, named George Amos, Louetta, Nora, Mary Cathryn and Margaret. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 61 on February 6th, 1944 in Elizabethtown, Hardin Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
