Louetta DECKARD 
Louetta was born on February 19th, 1869 in Elizabethtown, Hardin Co., Kentucky.1 Louetta's father was George Washington DECKARD and her mother was Catherine HARGAN. Her maternal grandparents were Benjamin HARGAN and Mary Catherine ARNOLD. She had two brothers and three sisters, named George Amos, Arthur, Nora, Mary Cathryn and Margaret. She was the second oldest of the six children.-
