Richard's baptism took place on August 19th, 1744 in North Bradley.1  Richard's father was Benjamin Willis and his mother was Mary.  His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Willis and <Unknown>. He had a brother and six sisters, named Benjamin, Sarah, Ann, Mary, Ann, Jane and Lydia.  He died in 1758.  He was buried on September 19th, 1758 in North Bradley.2
