Benjamin's baptism took place on July 2nd, 1738 in North Bradley.1  Benjamin's father was Benjamin Willis and his mother was Mary.  His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Willis and <Unknown>. He had a brother and six sisters, named Richard, Sarah, Ann, Mary, Ann, Jane and Lydia.  He died in 1776.  He was buried on August 11th, 1776 in North Bradley.2
