Benjamin was born on August 4th, 1701 in North Bradley and his baptism took place there on August 7th, 1701.1  Benjamin's father was Benjamin Willis and his mother was <Unknown>.  His paternal grandparents were William Willis and Katherine. He had a brother and a sister, named Samuel and Mary.  He died at the age of 58 in 1759.  He was buried on August 31st, 1759 in North Bradley.2
