Joseph's baptism took place on February 14th, 1763 in North Bradley.1  Joseph's father was Peter Willis and his mother was Mary Loaden.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Willis and Cathirina. He had two sisters named Betty and Catherine. He had two half-sisters named Catharine and Jane.
