Jane's baptism took place on October 7th, 1770 in North Bradley.1  Jane's father was Richard Shepherd and her mother was Mary Loaden. She had a sister named Catharine. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Richard, John, Joseph, Ann, Betty and Catherine.  She died in 1770.  She was buried on December 15th, 1770 in North Bradley.2
