Benjamin's baptism took place on December 26th, 1771 in North Bradley.1  Benjamin's father was Benjamin Willis and his mother was Ann Rundel.  His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Willis and Mary. He had a brother and a sister, named Richard and Sarah.  He died in 1773.  He was buried on January 28th, 1773 in North Bradley.2
