Thomas' baptism took place on December 11th, 1758 in North Bradley.1  Thomas' father was John Gunston and his mother was Mary Rundell.  His paternal grandparents were Solomon Gunston and <Unknown>. He had a half-brother and six half-sisters, named Peter, Betty, Edith, Susannah, Sarah, Susanna and Elanor.
