Edith was born about 1768 and her baptism took place on March 29th, 1768 in North Bradley.1  Edith's father was Shadrach Bennet and her mother was Mary Rundell.  Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Bennet and <Unknown>. She had a brother and five sisters, named Peter, Betty, Susannah, Sarah, Susanna and Elanor. She had a half-brother named Thomas.  She died in 1776.  She was buried on November 4th, 1776 in North Bradley.2
