Betty's baptism took place on July 6th, 1788 in North Bradley.1  Betty's father was William Gunstone and her mother was Mary Barret.  Her paternal grandparents were Matthew Gunstone and Betty. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Dinah, Solomon, William, James, Bartholomew, James, Martha, Grace, Elizabeth, Sarah and Elizabeth.
