Edward's baptism took place on February 14th, 1744 in North Bradley.1  Edward's father was Edward Avon and his mother was Betty. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named John, John, James, James, Moses, William, John, Mary, Betty, John and Betty.  He died in 1776.  He was buried on December 17th, 1776 in North Bradley.2
