Anne was born on February 2nd, 1715.  Anne's father was John Laurens Dey and her mother was Ann Brown.  Her paternal grandparents were Hans Laurentszen Duyts and Sarah Hance Vincent Fountain. She had six brothers and a sister, named John, William, James, David, Vincent, Joseph and Catherine.  She was the second oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 94 in 1809.

‌Anne and Lawrence were married.  They had two sons and six daughters, named Laurence, John, Mary, Jane, Catherine, Anne, Josiah and Elizabeth.
