David Dye

David was born in 1725.  David's father was John Laurens Dey and his mother was Ann Brown.  His paternal grandparents were Hans Laurentszen Duyts and Sarah Hance Vincent Fountain. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John, William, James, Vincent, Joseph, Anne and Catherine.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 51 on March 4th, 1776.

‌David and Hannah were married in a religious ceremony in 1769.  They had three sons named Vincent, Henry and David.
