Maria Thijs

Maria was born on January 19th, 1788 in Genk, Gelieren. Maria's father was Mathias Thijs and her mother was Christina Paulissen. Her maternal grandparents were Petrus Paulissen and Maria Gathofs (Gaethofs). She had two brothers and two sisters, named Joannes, Petrus, Elisabeth and Anna. She was the second oldest of the five children.
