John Milroy

John was born in 1727 in Kirkmaiden, Wigtownshire, , Scotland. John's father was James Milroy and his mother was Margaret Pierie. His paternal grandparents were Patrick Milroy and Janet McNair. He had six brothers named John, Peter, James, James, Gilbert and Peter. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 85 on April 14th, 1812 in Wigtown, Wigtownshire, , Scotland.
