Gilbert Milroy

Gilbert was born in 1743 in Portpatrick, Wigtownshire, , Scotland. Gilbert's father was James Milroy and his mother was Margaret Pierie. His paternal grandparents were Patrick Milroy and Janet McNair. He had six brothers named John, John, Peter, James, James and Peter. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 98 in 1841 in Wigtown, Wigtownshire, , Scotland.
