Helen Maria SKEWES

Helen was born on May 24th, 1870 in Burra Mine, SA.¹   Helen's father was James Michael SKEWES and his/her mother was Helen Maria BRADY.  His/her paternal grandparents were John SKEWES and <Unknown>; his/her maternal grandparents were Samuel BRADY and <Unknown>. He/she had nine brothers and four sisters, named Edward, James, William, Michael, John, Horace, Jenkin, Albert, Sydney, Emily, Eva, Theresa and Annie.  He/she was the fifth oldest of the fourteen children.  He/she died at the age of 59 on October 22nd, 1929 in Kensington North, SA.²
