Winifred Adelaide ALLEN

Winifred was born on May 20th, 1910 in Adelaide, SA.¹   Winifred's father was William Thomas ALLEN and her mother was Alice Jane PAGE.  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph ALLEN and Mary Ann HEATH; her maternal grandparents were Alwin John PAGE and Jessie CARRAILL. She had three brothers and five sisters, named William, Clarence, Alfred, Vera, Gladys, Ivy, Jessie and Dorothy.  She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.
