George Hards

George was born on January 24th, 1872 in Gawler, S.A..¹ George's father was John Hards and his mother was Mary Jane Turner. His maternal grandparents were John Browning Turner and Jane Atkins. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Henry, John, William, Alfred, Albert, Jane, Hards and Elizabeth. He was the sixth oldest of the nine children. He died at 1 months old on February 28th, 1872 in Gawler, S.A..¹
