Ελένη  was born in 1973.  Ελένη 's father is Μηχάλης  Σπαρβέρης  and her mother is Φερονίκη  Παναγιώτου Τσιάκα.  Her maternal grandfather is Παναγιώτης Κωνσταντίνου Τσιάκας and her maternal grandmother was Παναγιώτα Βασιλείου Γκαρλαούνη. She has a brother and a sister, named Γιάννης  and Λαμπρινή .  She is the second oldest of the three children.
