Λαμπρινή  was born in 1970.  Λαμπρινή 's father is Μηχάλης  Σπαρβέρης  and her mother is Φερονίκη  Παναγιώτου Τσιάκα.  Her maternal grandfather is Παναγιώτης Κωνσταντίνου Τσιάκας and her maternal grandmother was Παναγιώτα Βασιλείου Γκαρλαούνη. She has a brother and a sister, named Γιάννης  and Ελένη .  She is the oldest of the three children.
