Helen was born about 1124 in England.¹ Helen's father was Robert (The Devout) FitzHarding and her mother was Eve FitzEstmond. Her paternal grandparents were Harding (Son of Alnod) Prince of Denmark and Livida Gloucester; her maternal grandparents were Estmond of Mercia and Godgifu of Coventry.
